Job description:

If you love golf and you’re addicted to watching golf YouTube videos, this is the job for you.

We are the brand GolfWell. It’s instruction and performance-focused content, and we make great long-form videos trying to figure out how to get better at golf.

This is an editing position. We’re looking for someone to help edit our long-form videos and short form content.

You have to have a deep knowledge of YouTube. You know what makes a video work and what makes golfers interested in watching. You can build a really compelling story, and you can take a big project and make it quick and watchable.

YOU MUST PLAY GOLF!

The Role

• Edit long-form YouTube videos that hold attention start to finish
• Recut long-form footage into short-form clips for Reels and TikTok
• Help build a content system that’s consistent, scalable, and looks the part

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proficient in Premiere Pro
• Some understanding of motion graphics.
• Deep YouTube knowledge. You understand story, pacing, and retention

• You’re a videographer too and can work with us on production
• You can travel to join us on shoots
• This is remote and freelance to start.
